The Part-time Programme in Business Administration is for professionals who want to develop further in the field of various business topics.

Upon completion, you will be able to function as a valuable sparring partner of the board of directors or management team. Think of proactive decision-making and advising on operational, tactical and strategic issues.

What is the Part-time Programme in Business Administration?

The Part-time Business Administration programme is for (prospective) managers, directors, administrators, and other professionals with ambition. Whether you work for a commercial company, a non-profit organisation or the government, this programme provides you with the up-to-date business knowledge that is essential in your position.

We use a strongly case-oriented teaching method in which theory is applied to concrete practical problems, sometimes introduced by participants themselves. The teaching is small-scale to take maximum advantage of each other’s input and experience. Teaching takes place every other week on Thursday afternoons and evenings, making it easy to combine the programme with work.

What can you do with the Part-time Programme in Business Administration?

Once you have successfully completed the Part-time Programme in Business Administration, you will have up-to-date business knowledge that you can put to immediate use, as well as a valuable network of business experts.

As an alumnus of Maastricht University, you can also take part in various activities to continue to develop yourself as a business expert after graduation.

Upon completion, you will be awarded a UMIO | Maastricht University degree. This degree is not a bachelor’s or master’s degree. (The number of credits earned during this programme do not meet the requirements for a bachelor’s or master’s degree.)
